WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
- We'll start the process by scheduling an onsite visit to discuss your ideas, concerns, timeline and general budget parameters. NOTE: We are not salesmen, we are Contractors. That means we will not try to push you into a contract and maximize your budget. Quite the opposite....at this stage we are simply trying to determine what you want to accomplish, if you have a reasonable budget to do it, and if we are interested in taking the project.
- If needed, our design team will schedule a separate visit to work with you to prepare layout and drawings for your home
- We will prepare an estimate based on your desires, goals, selections and layout prepared by the design team. Changes may need to be made here a few times to achieve your desired outcome and budget.
- From our initial onsite meeting to the point we have a finalized layout and estimate can take 2-5 weeks depending on scope of work
- Once the final budget and design have been approved, we will discuss realistic expectations, potential setbacks and timelines
- A start date will be set and materials ordered. Admired Builders does not request money up front. We typically bill at the end of the month for services provided and materials used to date. Or after the job is completed depending on the size and scope of the project. Considering this, prompt payments are appreciated.
