   Not everyone knows what they want, and with hundreds of design styles and products, it can be overwhelming to most people. In the design phase, some clients want us to take the lead, while others want us to be a supporting role. Should you desire it, you will have access to our team of design professionals to help you design your dream space. Using unmatched creativity, experience and state of the art software, our designers will bring your dreams to life.

So what are the steps?
  • You will have an initial site meeting with Stephen to determine the general scope of your project and budget. 
  • If a design professional is wanted, we will schedule a free consultation between you and one of our design professionals to discuss your likes and dislikes, style preferences, and other miscellaneous info relative to your project. At this stage you will get an idea of what the design team has to offer and what we can do for you. 
  • Please understand the design phase can be very time consuming on the part of our design team, and a lot of hard work and dedication goes into their design. With this in mind, after your free consultation with our designer, an $800 - $1,500 fee is generally required before a designer will actually begin your design. If Cabinet and Countertop selections are the only items you need a designer for, we can usually design this free of charge. 
  • Next, our designer will work meticulously with you as much as needed to determine your product selections, flooring, tile, colors and the best use of your space. All while keeping you inside your budget.
  • A digital rendering will be produced so you can see a virtual representation of what your designed space will look like as a finished product. SEE BELOW
